Open Enrollment is June 2 - June 8, 2026
One of the many ways we demonstrate our commitment to our employees at Meridian Bank is by offering top quality benefit plans to our employees and their families.
The Open Enrollment period runs from
June 2, 2026 through June 8, 2026.
Passive Open Enrollment
This year’s Open Enrollment will be PASSIVE* for your medical/prescription drug (including Davis Vision), dental, voluntary life/AD&D, disability, and the voluntary accident, hospital, and critical illness benefits.
This means if you do not change your current elections or waive coverage in ADP Workforce Now by June 8th, those benefit elections will roll over for the 2026-2027 plan year.
*You MUST enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (Healthcare and Dependent Care) annually, even if you currently participate today.
ID Cards
Members will receive a new medical/prescription drug ID card in the mail. If you do not receive your ID card by July 1, you can access a digital copy online as follows:

Visit ibx.com and log in to your member portal.

Click View My ID card (or skip to your Dashboard and click View ID cards).

Click on the image of your ID card where you can then select print, download, email, or order a copy of your ID card by mail.
Please remember to start using your new ID card on July 1 and provide it to your healthcare providers.
Wellness Program
Preventive care is covered 100% under Meridian Bank's medical/prescription drug plan (including Davis Vision) when using an in-network provider.
Meridian Bank offers a wellness program with an opportunity to earn a financial incentive for your participation in the program. Your participation will result in savings on your monthly medical/prescription drug (including Davis Vision) contributions. Click HERE for more information.
